Fredy Sanchez comes from a family who has been in the home improvement business since the 80’s. In 2005 he found himself in Miami working hurricane Wilma for a company who came from out of town and were failing most of their inspections. He saw the need to learn how to roof properly in order to work in this area, as the codes in South Florida are as tough as they get. He approached the building department and got handed the RAS115 which he learned word by word and after this had a 99% pass rate on his inspections. As a second-generation roofer with more than 25 years of experience and having worked throughout most of the states, Fredy has the experience to manage large quantities of roofing crews and has always taken pride in his work. He has worked with many roofing companies doing residential and commercial roofing, treating every property as his own and this has always provided a steady flow of jobs.
