Commercial & multifamily crews

Our story
Fredy Sanchez comes from a family that has been in the home improvement business since the ’80s. His father started in roofing in 1984 and still works with the company today. A second-generation roofer, Fredy has spent 30 years in the roofing industry.
In 2005, he was in Miami working Hurricane Wilma for an out-of-town company that was failing most of its inspections. South Florida codes are among the toughest anywhere, so he went to the building department, got the RAS115, and learned it word by word. After that, he had a 99% pass rate on his inspections.
Fredy has worked throughout most of the states, managed large numbers of roofing crews, and worked with many roofing companies on residential and commercial roofing, treating the properties he works on as his own. He takes pride in his work. Today the A&F team brings 70 years of combined experience, working as a labor partner for contractors and insurance restoration programs, with crews in 18 states and more than 20,000 roofs installed.
Safety-first crews on every roof
Our crews work with personal fall protection on every roof, covered by Workers' Comp and General Liability insurance.

What contractors say
Roofing company owners who work with A&F crews.
“I would highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking to add a new crew or replace an existing crew. You won’t be disappointed.”
“If you’re out there and you’re thinking about whether to use him or not, I would say definitely do it. It’ll be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made.”
“That’s a high velocity hurricane zone, which is probably the hardest place to pass inspections in the whole state of Florida, and he passed them all.”
